Serving the Zurich financial corridor and Swiss SMEs and mid-market companies across all cantons.
Tell us what you are working on. A consulting partner reads every enquiry and replies within two business days — from a person, with something useful.
Zurich is our headquarters and the base for most engagements. Berlin and Madrid cover the DACH region and Southern Europe. Whichever you write to, the same partners read it.

Straight answers, including the ones most firms avoid. Most of our clients are SMEs, growing companies and individual projects — these are the questions they actually ask.
A consulting partner reads it — it is not routed to a queue — and replies within two business days. Usually that reply already contains a first observation about your situation, plus an offer of a complimentary 45-minute Value Discovery Call.
No. Most of our work is with SMEs, growing companies and individual projects, typically between 10 and 500 people. Our partnership models exist precisely because smaller organisations cannot absorb open-ended day rates, and our fee is tied to measured value rather than time spent.
Yes. Tell us the budget in the form. About a third of the conversations we have end with us saying you do not need a consulting firm for this yet, and what to do instead. That answer costs you nothing and is worth more than a proposal you cannot fund.
Forty-five minutes, free, no deck. We ask what you are trying to change, what you have already tried, and what would count as proof. You leave with a view on whether the problem is worth solving now, whether we are the right people, and what it would realistically take.
Most engagements begin one to two weeks after the first call, depending on scope. Where a deadline is already at risk we can put senior people on it within days, but we will tell you honestly if speed would cost you more than it saves.
Through the Value Impact Index: a fixed rate per verified point of measured improvement, agreed in writing before the work starts. Unverified points are not invoiced. Where a measurable baseline does not exist yet, we say so and propose a fixed-fee piece to establish one.
Yes, including equity-linked arrangements where cash is the constraint and the work is genuinely foundational. We are selective about these, because taking equity for work that will not move the company is bad for both sides.
English, German, Spanish and Swedish. Documentation and delivery can be in any of them, and Swiss engagements are frequently run bilingually.
Usually that is the point. Most of our engagements make an existing team more effective rather than replacing it, and knowledge transfer is a dated deliverable rather than a promise. If we build something, your people can maintain it.
Yes. Everything you send is covered by a mutual NDA on request, is processed under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, is never shared with third parties, and is never used for marketing. There is no newsletter.
That is the most common starting point and it is fine. Describe the symptom rather than the solution — the deadline that keeps moving, the report nobody trusts, the system everyone works around. Diagnosing which problem is actually worth solving is the first thing we do.
